Evolutional Inferno is a work of literature written by internet user, full-time wolf and part-time vampire, wolfdog Noa. The story follows the soul of one being keeping a journal through a series of mass extinction events, reincarnating time and time again with the one purpose of documenting whatever is happening in the world around them. The story pans out over more than 11 000 000 years as every 1 million year or so a new mass extinction hits earth and forces the remaining humans to repopulate over the next era, evolving to accommodate for the new harsh environment in the process. The work is heavily inspired by both the field of speculative zoology and Dante's inferno.
The work is written alone by a fairly new writer, so please don't take it all that seriously. In the end EI is written for fun and for Noa to have a way to use their knowledge for something more concrete than just reading a few articles and then forgetting about it. Evolutional Inferno is free to read on this very website and will most likely never be published anywhere else. There's a guestbook below for anything you might have to say! Updates might or might not be slow since the work will be published over 11 sections going from the stage of Limbo all the way to ending in the center of Hell. Each era spans over 1 million years as previously stated.
I wholeheartedly hope that at least someone can draw some form of joy or inspiration from this silly little thing I've decided to work on! :-)
